Manchester City’s teenage midfielder Shea Charles is a summer target for Leeds, Brentford and Borussia Dortmund.

The 19-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Premier League champions but has played four times for Northern Ireland, for whom he qualifies through a grandmother.
