Jorge Grant stepped up to replace captain Lawrence Shankland as Hearts' penalty-taker because he wanted to 'take the pressure off' his skipper. The Scotland international, who has been linked with a move away from Gorgie, has missed his last three consecutive penalties after scoring his previous 15 efforts.
