Foley on challenging Old Firm, transfer budget and European ambitions

After the Scottish FA cleared the way for his minority investment in Hibernian, Bournemouth owner Bill Foley has been speaking to BBC Scotland. Foley wants Hibs to become "serial contenders for Europe, as opposed to just occasionally". On a long-term scale, he aims to challenge Celtic and Rangers for the Scottish Premiership title, but admits it will take years.
