'Quality centre-back remains the priority for Hibs'

With the news investment from Bournemouth owner Billy Foley has been given the green light by the Scottish FA, the hard work will now be under way to ensure the money is spent wisely. Although we are yet to hear how much the total investment will be, Foley has told BBC Scotland that “a few million pounds” will be spent on improving the squad this summer. More immediately though, Nick Montgomery and his recruitment team have to ensure the final 16 matches of this season bring not only a place in the top six but access to another summer of European qualifiers.
