Sheffield Wednesday’s owner, Dejphon Chansiri, has claimed hiring Tony Pulis was a “mistake” he will not make again when recruiting his next manager.

Wednesday host Derby on Friday night with Neil Thompson in temporary charge after Pulis was sacked on Monday.
