Mathys Tel's loan switch from Bayern Munich to Tottenham is "a great move for both parties", says former Spurs captain Harry Kane. The 19-year-old forward made the move to north London on transfer deadline day on an initial loan with an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season. Tottenham's record goalscorer moved the other way in the summer of 2023 and realised Tel's potential while playing alongside him in Germany.
