Looking ahead to this Sunday’s game against Queen's Park, Rosie Livingstone has praised the team's preparation after a fixtureless weekend.

“I think the atmosphere in the group right now is really good and every day everyone's competing for a spot and has a good buzz about them.

“We’ve trained as normal and got last weekend off which was quite nice and gave us a little bit of time to go away and relax a bit and come into this week full guns blazing.”

After last time out defeating Glasgow City 3-1 at Meadowbank, Rosie wants to keep on focusing on each game as it comes.

“I think the easiest thing for us to do is to focus on the next game and treat every game the same.

“Glasgow City being top of the table and to beat them quite comfortably puts us in a good position and gives our team a little bit more belief that what we are doing is the right thing and we keep at it.”

After suffering her own injury problems over the course of the season, Livingstone praised her teammates for how supportive they have been whilst she’s been out.

“They’ve been unreal, and I think throughout being injured to being back in the squad, is a hard journey at times and you do feel isolated, and you feel alone but I don’t think this time I felt isolated or a long process.”

Rosie then went on to praise Captain Rachael Boyle on how helpful she was during her time out.

“Smally (Rachael Boyle) was out basically the whole time I was out and then to come back at similar times was really helpful to me.

“We are at different stages of our career, but Smally is the perfect person for advice, motivation and everything you want a captain to be, so to have her continually pushing you, giving you the right words of wisdom, and giving you the right characteristics has just been amazing.”

Livingstone is looking to add to her goals tally this season at Ochilview Park this weekend.

“Hopefully! (on scoring a goal on Sunday). My minutes-to-goal ratio has been good this season so hopefully I can get a goal this game."
